The Shell Graduate Programme
As an Exploration Geoscientist in the technical area of the Shell Graduate Programme for Geoscience you'll be part of an integrated blended learning programme lasting three-years. It is a combination of on-the-job development, structured training and fieldwork, designed to introduce you to the full scope of Shell’s operations, build your networks and give you a broad foundation for your future career.
Curious to find out how and where you can apply your skills, you'll be assigned to work as part of a team on a current technical project. During the Shell Graduate Programme you’ll have the chance to rotate between roles, all the while working closely with senior technical experts.
Exploration Geoscience
Join Shell as an Exploration Geoscientist and you’ll become part of a dynamic team working to identify, characterise, safely drill and produce new reserves of commercially viable hydrocarbons. Shell actively explores for both conventional and unconventional oil and gas in more than 35 countries and is constantly on the lookout for new opportunities across the rest of the globe.
