Upon completion, this transaction increases Shell’s interest in the OML 118 PSC from 55% to 67.5%.

Nigeria’s premier gas distribution company, Shell Nigeria Gas (SNG) last week engaged more than 100 gas off takers in the Agbara Ota industrial zone in Ogun State on ways of consolidating the gains from the supply of gas to the businesses. Set up in 1998 as a fully Shell-owned company, SNG currently operates in Abia, Rivers and Ogun states providing gas to customers through distribution pipelines of approximately 150km.

The Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF) received two vehicles while an intensive care unit ambulance was given to Federal Medical Centre, Ebute Metta.

The Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC) and Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Limited (SNEPCo) today donated medical equipment to the Benjamin Olowojebutu Foundation (BOF) to enhance healthcare outreach in underserved communities across Nigeria’s South-West, North-Central, and South-South regions. This initiative will enable the non-profit organisation to conduct nearly 5,000 fibroids and hernias surgeries, alongside dental procedures for an additional 5,000 individuals.

The trainees acquired skills in Aquaculture, Bee keeping, Goat rearing, snail and cassava/plantain farming and Grasscutter technology and were given packs to start their businesses.
